At Dental Network of America, LLC (DNoA) all we do is dental. DNoA is not only a TPA – but a Total Dental Benefit Solutions Company. DNoA has more than 25 years of industry leading experience in the design and administration of dental programs and dental networks.
DNoA is your dental resource. We have delivered high quality dental programs and network and claims administration to our customers since 1985. DNoA is a complete third party administrator of innovative dental programs.
DNoA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), a Mutual Legal Reserve Company. HCSC is the largest customer-owned health insurer in the United States and fourth largest overall with 12.4 million members. HCSC operates through its Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans in Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas, and several subsidiaries to offer a variety of health and life insurance products and related services to employers and individuals. DNoA functions as a third party administrator (TPA) for all HCSC dental programs, and for other clients as well.
DNoA has the flexibility to tailor custom dental solutions in the areas of:
- Benefit Administration - membership, claim, and call center services
- National DPPO Network – network administration and development
- Risk Management – actuarial and underwriting support, reinsurance arrangements
- Sales Support – product development, sales training, and RFP support
- Finance – corporate and client financial services to support your dental business
- IT – complete TPA systems, hardware, and experienced staff dedicated to dental
We presently employ over 400 people providing comprehensive administrative support or network management on a stand alone basis to over 6.2 million members nationally. DNoA administers dental products for individuals as well as groups with thousands of employees. We contract with over 152,000 dentist access points through our National DPPO Network. DNoA is a dental resource on which you can rely.
