Labor Fund Dental Network Rental Program
This program is a dental network rental program specifically designed for Labor Funds (Taft-Hartley plans). If a Labor Fund or Labor Fund Coalition chooses this option, DNoA rents the network to the Fund for an access fee, which allows the Fund to take advantage of DNoA's negotiated discount arrangements with network providers. The Fund, or their Third Party Administrator, would be responsible for claims adjudication and the following administrative functions:
- Receiving and processing claims based on the contracting provider fee schedule
- Handling all member inquiries
- Generating member Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
- Paying providers directly
Network rental access fees are expressed as a per contract per month basis.

- DNoA Select Referral Program
DNoA Select Referral Program is a high value, low cost dental program that offers members the opportunity to save between 10% and 40% on their dental care. Savings are based on the contracting provider's usual and customary fees for over 200 dental procedures - from a national network of over 15,000 dentists. This is a discount program and is NOT insurance, so there are NO claim forms to submit, deductibles, waiting periods, pre-certifications or annual maximums.
Note: This program is not protected by state Life and Health Guaranty Associations. Because this is a discount program, DNoA has no liability for providing or guaranteeing service by the provider and no liability for the quality of service rendered by the provider.

DNoA also offers a complete range of third party administration services for multiple dental products, including Dental Preferred Provider Organization (DPPO), Dental Health Maintenance Organization (DHMO) and Indemnity Insurance (fee-for-service). |

- Quality Assurance - DNoA has a Corporate Quality team that measures and monitors continuous quality improvement throughout the organization. Our Professional Services Representatives conduct periodic on-site evaluations of DHMO providers' facilities. DNoA also conducts monthly customer satisfaction surveys that measure the performance of our Customer Service Representatives and the services provided by network dentists.
- Highly Qualified Professional Staff - A full-time Dental Director and two part-time dental consultants, certified by the American Association of Dental Consultants, assist claim processors with appeals and second opinions, and provide general dental expertise and consultation. Experienced claims processors are dedicated to the adjudication and timely processing of claims.
- Provider Credentialing - DNoA's credentialing process is a comprehensive program that ensures that network dentists are properly licensed and have the necessary experience and training to deliver quality care. Each prospective dentist is screened and evaluated prior to acceptance into the network.
