John Doyle, President and CEO John Doyle is a 20-year veteran of the dental benefits industry. He was appointed President and CEO of DNoA in 2008 after two years as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing where he had a significant impact on building sales and expanding the dental product portfolio. As Vice President, John was responsible for dental sales, marketing and product development. John’s expertise is supported by his previous positions with both WellPoint Dental Services as the Dental Sales Director for the Midwest Region and Prudential HealthCare as the Dental Sales Manager for the Chicago Group office. He oversaw dental sales, training, and product development in both roles. John also worked with First Commonwealth where his responsibilities included DHMO network recruitment, small group/individual dental sales and account management. John received his bachelor's degree in Marketing from Illinois State University and also holds his ACC/Health Producers License. |

Chip Huffman, Vice President Sales and Marketing Chip Huffman has over 19 years experience in the insurance industry. In 2006, he joined Dental Network of America as a Dental Sales Director responsible for new business. Chip was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2009 and is currently responsible for attaining dental membership goals while also marketing a competitive dental product portfolio. Prior to DNoA, he held sales and client management positions at Wellpoint, ING and Jefferson Pilot. Chip received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from University of Tennessee. |

Mike Miller, Vice President of Dental Networks Mike Miller became DNoA's Vice President of Dental Networks in 2007. In July, 2009, Mike assumed the same role at DenteMax, a wholly owned subsidiary of DNoA. In this role, he is responsible for leading the network development and support functions for our DHMO and DPPO networks. Mike has nearly 30 years of experience in the health insurance field. He has held a variety of management roles in claims, product development and managed care. Prior to joining DNoA, Mike was the 2nd Vice President of Dental Network Operations at Assurant Employee Benefits. While at Assurant Employee Benefits, Mike also served as the President of Dental Health Alliance, L.L.C., the national dental PPO wholly owned by Assurant and as President of Assurant’s regional DHMO companies. Mike graduated with high honors from the University of Missouri, Columbia where he earned degrees in Secondary Education and General Honors. Within the insurance industry, Mike has held positions on various AHIP and National of Association of Dental Plan committees and is currently on the Board of the National Association of Specialty Health Organizations. |

Christopher H. Stevens, Vice President of Risk Management and Chief Actuary Chris Stevens joined Dental Network of America in January of 2008 as Vice President and Chief Actuary. He oversees the actuarial and risk functions of the company. Chris has over 20 years of actuarial experience in medical and dental lines for individual, small and large group business. This experience includes roles in several Blue Cross Blue Shield organizations along with a small Consumer Driven commercial carrier. These roles include actuarial/risk management functions such as pricing, reserving, underwriting, product development along with enterprise informatics. He also served in a broader enterprise risk management function touching all areas of the organization. Chris graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. |

Rachel Poormon Garrido, Executive Director, Human Resources Rachel Garrido joined Dental Network of America in April 2007 as the Manager of Human Resources. In November 2007, she was promoted to Executive Director of Human Resources. Rachel leads a team of professionals in all areas of HR including Recruitment, Benefits, Employee Relations, Organizational Development and Performance Management. Rachel has over 12 years of HR experience, during which she has worked with Eastman Kodak, providing HR support to their contract labor workforce, and Nextel Communications as part of their corporate HR team. Her experience spans across the telecom, manufacturing, and human services industries. Rachel received her bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech and holds her Sr. Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. |

Tom Kimrey, Executive Director of Information Technology Tom Kimrey has worked with Dental Network of America since 1992. He began employment as a senior programmer analyst. Tom was promoted to Executive Director in 2000. As the Executive Director, Tom has overall responsibility of the Dental Network of America IT team comprised of staff supporting infrastructure, helpdesk, business application support and development and production services. Prior to DNoA, Tom spent five years at a software customization company that specialized in legal applications for law firms. His responsibilities included project management as well as hands on experience in all aspects of a project life cycle and software development activities. Justin Majcher, Executive Director of Project Management & Planning Justin Majcher joined Dental Network of America November 2007 as the Director of Project Management and Planning. He leads the Project Management Office team through executing all strategic projects for DNoA; ensuring the projects are delivered on time, within budget and meeting client requirements. Prior to DNoA, Justin spent the majority of his career leading global initiatives for General Electric that reduced costs and improved productivity in operations, human resources, sales and the supply chain. While at GE, he worked in Mexico, Puerto Rico and Miami. Justin holds a bachelor's degree from Indiana University, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Blackbelt in Six Sigma. |

Thomas McNally, Executive Director of Operations Tom McNally has over 24 years experience in healthcare operations focusing on operational analysis, systems development, performance reporting, and Claim/Call Center operations. Tom joined Dental Network of America in 1998 and in his current role as Executive Director of Dental Operations, he oversees all operations including member administration, group benefit loading, client billing, imaging services, claim processing, customer services, quality improvement, and technical training. Prior to DNoA, Tom began his career with The SCA Group as Director of Operations and then went on to Rush Home Care Network where he served as Director of Finance and Administration. Tom also held positions as a Senior Associate/Consultant at CurranCare as well as National Director of Centralized Services for ServiceMaster Home Health Care. Tom holds a bachelor's degree from Western Illinois University, and his MBA from the University of St. Francis. |

Craig Simundza, Executive Director of Finance Craig Simundza has 27 years of financial experience within the insurance industry. He has worked the last nine years at Dental Network of America overseeing the Corporate Finance and Regulatory Compliance functions. Craig is a Certified Public Accountant with a bachelor's degree from Illinois State University, and a master's degree from Northern Illinois University. |

Timothy J. Custer, D.D.S. Dental Director, Professional Services Dr. Timothy Custer has over 25 years experience within the dental industry and began his career with Dental Network of America in April 1995. As Dental Director, Dr. Custer oversees the Professional Review and Utilization Management of claims within all lines of business. Dr. Custer provides professional opinion and clinical oversight to various departmental initiatives within the organization, including Operations, Network Development, Special Investigations and Dental Wellness. Prior to joining Dental Network of America, Dr. Custer held positions as the State Dental Director for the Wisconsin Dental Plan and Regional Manager/Senior Dental Consultant for the Midwest Panel of Dental Insurance Consultants, Inc. Dr. Custer received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loyola University School of Dentistry in 1983, and MBA from Benedictine University in 2001. Dr. Custer is a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, the Chicago Dental Society and the American Association of Dental Consultants. |
