What is DNoA doing to address the COVID-19 pandemic?

As we continue to monitor the ever-changing situation around COVID-19, we remain committed to helping dental professionals access the support & resources they need.

We are taking extra precautions to ensure an uninterrupted service experience for all of our stakeholders. We have expanded our systems capability and flexibility to allow most of our team members to work from home while providing the same level of service to our dentists during this time.

The Network Development team has the resources and technology to continue processing applications to join the network. We do not anticipate significant impacts to our turnaround times. We encourage dentists seeking to apply to the network to still do so.

We will continue adhering to claims processing guidelines during this time.

A note from the ADA:

The American Dental Association has issued guidance recommending the postponement of elective dental procedures, to which many dentists are adhering. However, dentists are being encouraged by the ADA to still provide dental emergency care to alleviate the burden that dental emergency care would put on the hospital systems.
