Claims Supervisor - Amarillo, TX
The Claims Supervisor are responsible to Supervise, monitor, assist, and train claims staff and meet or exceed performance goals.
They perform all functions within the high standards of Integrity, Ethics, Compliance and Corporate Citizenship. Each Claims Supervisor is accountable for contributing to excellent levels of quality and productivity on both a team and individual level. Within a high production work environment, our Claims Supervisor perform these and other essential functions:
- Supervises and assists FSU staff in daily tasks and monitors performance and quality.
- Make recommendations regarding staff hiring’s, terminations, and disciplinary measures.
- Keep staff informed of operations status and policy changes.
Basic requirements for applying for our Claims Supervisor:
- Requires 2 years previous experience in customer service or claims processing, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of CPT and dental terminology.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
