Learning Consultant - Amarillo, TX
The Learning Consultant is responsible for developing and delivering effective and efficient training through diverse methods including classroom, on-the-job and eLearning tools. Responsible for tracking, measuring and reporting training outcomes, determine effectiveness in supporting desired business results, conduct operational assessments, analyze gaps in performance, recommend changes to curriculum, training design, delivery and business processes. They perform all functions within the high standards of Integrity, Ethics, Compliance and Corporate Citizenship. Each Learning Consultant is accountable for contributing to excellent levels of quality and productivity on both a team and individual level. Within a high production work environment, our Learning Consultants perform these and other essential functions:
- Conduct operational needs assessments, analyze gaps in performance, recommend and roll-out changes to curriculum, training design, delivery and business processes.
- Develop and deliver effective and efficient training through diverse methods including classroom, on-the-job and eLearning tools.
- Track, measure and report training outcomes to determine effectiveness in supporting desired business results.
Basic requirements for applying for our Learning Consultant:
- Bachelor degree OR 4 years training experience.
- 3 years experience developing and delivering adult-learning programs.
- Experience providing on-the-job training.
- Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
