Affiliated Network Services (ANS)* - offers ANSLink® and ANSClearinghouse™ a solution for administrative and claims processing services.
ANSClearinghouse works in conjunction with most practice management systems, allowing providers to submit claims directly from their current software for a nominal fee that is approximately thirty percent lower than the average industry price. If a provider office does not have software to transmit EDI claims, ANS will provide basic software at no additional cost. All connections to ANSClearinghouse are toll free and there are no long-term contracts to sign. Participation is handled on a month-to-month basis. ANSLink is a FREE Internet based service that does not require special software – only a computer and access to the Internet – and is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service allows the provider to perform the following functions: |

National Electronic Attachment (NEA)* - Providers can now send attachments to the NEA web site using the FastAttach™ system. This enhancement will increase the capabilities to accept attachments for electronically submitted dental claims. |

FastAttach enables dental offices to transmit x-rays, perio charts, photographs, narratives and other attachments to NEA’s repository, where DNoA views them as part of the electronic claims process. For dental offices, FastAtttach accelerates claim processing and eliminates the costs of duplicating paper or film attachments. NEA’s network meets the confidential privacy regulations and security requirements required under HIPAA. Availity - acts as a central clearinghouse for dental providers to file patient claims and other transactions electronically with all payers - commercial and government. Availity allows you to reduce costs, speed claims payment, increase accuracy and simplify day-to-day administration. For some payers, it provides you with access to patient data so that insurance eligibility can be checked online.
