Labor Fund Network Rental Program |

Dental Network of America, Inc. (DNoA) provides the opportunity for Labor Funds (Taft-Hartley plans) to rent DNoA’s dental network for an access fee, which allows the Fund to take advantage of DNoA’s negotiated discount arrangements with network providers. The Fund, or their Third Party Administrator, is responsible for claim adjudication and administrative functions such as: |

- Receiving and processing claims based on the contracting provider fee schedule
- Handling all member eligibility and inquiries
- Generating member Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
- Paying providers directly

Network rental access fees are expressed as a per member contract, per month, basis. In return for the access fee, DNoA’s responsibilities in the Labor Fund Network Rental Program include: |

- Providing access to a national dental network
- Providing the Fund with contracting provider network and fee schedules
- Working with network managers to resolve provider related inquiries
