Dental Benefit Administration – DNoA provides your members, employers, and providers with the knowledge and expertise necessary to handle all facets of dental benefit administration. Fully flexible and tailored to your unique needs, DNoA’s core administrative services include:

  • Comprehensive Member Administration – We provide a full array of Client Services to support member enrollment processing (electronic, paper), eligibility receipt, member fulfillment, ID card generation/replacement, billing (group/individual), collections, and a dedicated team for key client support.
  • Dental Claim Adjudication – Through our dedicated Full Service Units, we handle all facets of claim processing from original receipt of both electronic and paper documents, through final adjudication, generation and distribution of checks and Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
  • Customer Inquiry Call Centers – DNoA maintains multiple full service dental Call Centers, creating state-of-the-art Contact Center Management, written inquiry processing, and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) transaction processing. We then provide unique metrics reporting to help you analyze your members’ calling patterns and needs.
  • Provider Payments – In addition to dental claim payments, DNoA also processes capitation payments to providers for DHMO plans. Depending on your preference, a variety of check stock and bank account options can be arranged.
  • Quality Assurance – DNoA can further assist you by providing Professional Services to support the determination of medical necessity and grievance review.
